We take the utmost care to ensure every saree is delivered in perfect condition, free from defects or damage. Our packing process is also carefully handled to prevent any transit issues.

If your product is damaged or torn, replacements or refunds can be processed within 7 days of delivery, provided the following condition is met:

A complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

• Clearly show the sealed package before opening

• Record the full unboxing process without cuts

• Highlight any visible damage or defect

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
