If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, no cancellations or modifications can be made.

We currently offer shipping services only within the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka.
Orders are processed promptly and the estimated delivery time may vary depending on your shipping destination and the option selected during checkout.
Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.
We ship all orders using courier services, primarily "Delhivery", based on service availability.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Additional delays may occur due to local conditions.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp to help you track your shipment.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

To ensure transparency and fairness in the event of damage claims, we strongly recommend all customers to record a full video while unboxing the product.
The video must:
Clearly show the sealed outer package
Record the entire unboxing process without any cuts or pauses
Show the damaged or defective product clearly
Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any replacement or refund for damaged items.

Payment Gateway
We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. Customers can make payments through various modes including:UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Digital Wallets (Airtel Money, Freecharge, JioMoney, Ola Money, Mobikwik)
Credit/Debit Cards (Domestic Cards) – Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
We don't accept Pay Later services like Simpl, Lazypay etc.,
Secure Transactions
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels provided by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a confirmation message will be displayed and a receipt will be sent to your registered email address.Real-Time Payment Updates
Our system is integrated with Razorpay via webhooks to ensure that payment statuses are updated accurately and in real-time. This helps us:Record your payment even if you do not return to the payment screen after UPI or wallet transactions.
Capture delayed bank responses for payments made via net banking.
Unrecorded Payments
If you make a payment but do not see a confirmation, please contact us immediately with your transaction ID. This may happen if you close the payment page before the process completes. Our webhook configuration generally prevents such issues.Refunds
In case of an authorized but unconfirmed payment (e.g., if you do not return to the payment screen), Razorpay may auto-refund the amount based on their Default Speed of Refunds. Refunds are subject to Razorpay’s and our refund policies.Payment Disputes
Any disputes or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction. Please retain your payment confirmation and order ID for reference.Failed or Canceled Transactions
If your payment fails or is canceled, no charges will be made. If any amount is debited despite failure, it will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
